Scope of Services:

Suman Kalra Coaching agrees to provide mindset and relationship coaching services to the Client. The coaching sessions may be conducted in person, via phone, video conferencing, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.

Client Responsibilities:

The Client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process and agrees to actively participate in sessions, complete any assigned actions or exercises, and provide honest and open communication to facilitate the coaching process.

Confidentiality:

All information shared between the Coach and Client will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Recording of Sessions:

The Coach may provide recordings of calls with the Client only with the explicit permission of the Client.

Payment:

Payment for coaching services is due in advance or as mutually agreed upon between the Coach and the Client. No services will be provided until payment is received.

No Refunds:

The Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments for coaching services are non-refundable. However, the first coaching session serves as a trial, and if either party finds that they are not a good fit, a full refund for the remaining will be provided.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. Last-minute cancellations due to emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any unused prepaid sessions will be forfeited without refund unless an exception is given by the Coach.

Results Disclaimer:

The Client acknowledges that coaching results are individual and may vary. Suman Kalra Coaching provides advice and guidance but makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from coaching sessions.

Intellectual Property:

All materials and resources provided by the Coach during the coaching relationship are the intellectual property of Suman Kalra Coaching and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes out of or in connection with this Agreement, including disputes regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

Coaching Scope:

Suman Kalra Coaching is not a mental health counselor and does not provide therapy, mental health advice, or medical advice. The coaching session program covers life coaching only.

By engaging in coaching services with Suman Kalra Coaching, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Suman Kalra Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with or without notice provided to the Client.
